How long until my order ships?
Nothing sits on a shelf. We start printing your order the same day you order, and most are on their way within 1 to 3 business days, shipped from Australia. Standard post is $15.99, free over $100, and express is $27.99.
Are the colours accurate?
The live preview is a close match, but filament colours can vary slightly batch to batch. Silk and metallic finishes look even better in person.
Can you print something custom?
Yes, that's our favourite part. Send a sketch, a link or just a description on the custom page and we'll quote it.
What comes with LumiSpire?
The lamp itself, a USB power cable with an inline on/off switch, and the remote for colour, brightness, effect mode and speed. A USB power adapter is not included, since almost every household already has one.
What comes with CogForm?
You receive the CogForm stand with its side locking screw fitted, plus one spare locking screw. The phone and charging cable are not included.
